What you will be doing
- Mapping out niche tech markets and headhunting the best talent
- Building relationships with senior decision‑makers, including CEOs, from leading global companies
- Managing your own portfolio of clients and candidates
- Overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from first conversation to final placement
- Leading negotiations on offers, contracts, and salaries
What we are looking for
- A graduate from a top 50 university
- Confident, articulate, and eager to build strong business relationships
- Previous commercial experience is helpful (especially sales), but not essential
- Extremely ambitious with a strong desire to develop quickly
- Driven by goals, success, and financial reward
- Competitive mindset – athletic or sporting backgrounds always stand out
