Location: Manchester
Due to growth and continued success, this leading non-contentious construction team is seeking to recruit an ambitious Associate of 3 PQE or more.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a department involved in market-leading work for a raft of key clients. You will gain exposure to complex, impactful and high-value projects across the construction industry, working alongside experts at the very top of the profession.
About the team
- Established and highly-regarded offering, providing full-service legal solutions across buildings, residential, civil and process plant engineering, energy, infrastructure, transport and utilities
- Broad range of clients including FTSE-listed companies.
The role
- Advising government bodies, sponsors, funders, developers, employers, operators, constructors, sub-contractors and professional teams
- Supporting clients on procurement techniques, facilities management, dispute avoidance and resolution mechanisms
- Building and nurturing client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Opportunities to support teams across national and international offices
Recent examples of work
- Advising top construction firm on the funding and acquisition of a student accommodation development.
- Advising on a joint venture with local council in relation to a major regeneration project
- Advising well-known transport operator on acquisition and development of key site
