The Opportunity

A brilliant opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a respected leisure-sector contractor delivering fast-paced refurbishments and new-build schemes across the UK. You’ll oversee a mix of live leisure, hospitality and accommodation projects, leading multiple teams while ensuring quality, programme, and commercial performance.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

• Managing 2–3 live projects at any one time.
• Overseeing fast-track refurbishments and new‑build schemes.
• Supporting teams from pre‑construction through to handover.
• Ensuring H&S, quality and programme milestones are achieved.
• Managing subcontractors, supply chain partners and site teams.
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders on progress and delivery.
• Producing reports and updates for the Operations Director.
• Nationwide travel to sites as required.

About You

• Experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Strong background in leisure, hospitality, pubs, hotels or fast‑track refurb work.
• Able to manage several projects at once with tight deadlines.
• Practical understanding of build processes, fit‑out logistics and quality standards.
• Confident communicator with strong leadership ability.
• Longevity in previous roles is important (not a job‑hopper).
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the UK.
