Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Manchester or Leeds (Hybrid with occasional meetups, travel covered)

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team, helping to deliver digital campaigns and creative content that deepen engagement and support business growth.

This role suits someone with practical digital marketing experience — especially with HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn campaigns, and content creation — who enjoys owning projects and bringing ideas to life across different channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and improve digital marketing campaigns using HubSpot or Salesforce and related tools.
• Manage and develop our LinkedIn presence, including content planning, posting, and tracking performance.
• Support email marketing, lead nurture activity, and campaign reporting.
• Work with internal teams to create and publish written, visual, and digital content.
• Assist with SEO tasks and CRM integration when needed.
• Contribute to creative projects such as design or video production depending on your strengths.

About You

• Hands‑on experience using HubSpot or Salesforce for campaign setup, automation, and reporting.
• Confident running social media campaigns, especially on LinkedIn.
• Strong writing skills and a natural approach to content creation.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your workload.
• Curious, adaptable, and keen to grow your skills across new tools and channels.
