Senior Commercial Manager

Hybrid: 2 days per week in our London Bridge office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial and contract negotiations with energy suppliers, using data‑driven insight to shape strategy and secure the best outcomes for Uswitch and Confused.com customers.
  • Build strong, senior‑level relationships with energy suppliers and act as their primary point of contact.
  • Own the commercial strategy for our industry‑leading data insight product, setting the vision for new features and working with partners and the Insight team to drive adoption and growth.
  • Turn market developments into commercial opportunities that move the business forward.
  • Work closely with Product, Tech, Finance, Marketing and Legal to shape propositions and commercial models.
  • Develop revenue forecasts, support budgeting cycles and contribute to long‑term strategy.
  • Grow industry expertise through active engagement at conferences and sector events.
  • Connect regulatory, consumer and market trends to shape high‑impact partnerships and thought leadership.
  • Identify commercial, regulatory and partner risks early and build effective mitigation plans.

What We’re Looking For

  • Commercial experience in a fast‑moving energy team, with the ability to roll up sleeves and get stuck in.
  • A track record of turning data into clear, high‑impact recommendations and using those insights to shape strategy and unlock new opportunities.
  • Energy industry experience is preferred but not essential.
