What you’ll do:

• ✅ Provide first & second‑line IT support for staff and contractors
• ✅ Maintain servers, PCs, and network infrastructure
• ✅ Install/configure hardware & software, manage backups, and ensure security
• ✅ Support applications and assist with exciting IT projects

What we’re looking for:

• ✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
• ✔ Experience with Windows environments, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• ✔ Knowledge of firewalls, routers, and security best practices
• ✔ Ability to learn new technologies quickly

Nice to have:

• Active Directory, SQL, Exchange experience, MCSE certification
