A fast-growing retail business has scaled quickly and now needs a commercially minded Finance Manager to strengthen financial control, improve reporting and support ongoing expansion.
The Role
This is a hands‑on Finance Manager role owning day‑to‑day finance operations, month‑end, budgeting and commercial analysis. You’ll be the key partner to the leadership team, ensuring solid financial insight, strong controls and data‑driven decision making across a complex, multi‑channel environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead month‑end, management accounts and financial reporting
- Own budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
- Oversee AP/AR, payroll accuracy and day‑to‑day financial operations
- Implement stronger processes, controls and financial systems where needed
- Provide commercial analysis on pricing, costs, stock and performance
- Partner with senior leaders to support planning, investment and growth decisions
