Avove is seeking skilled Environment and Ecology Consultants at all career stages‑Assistant, Consultant, Senior and Principal, to join our expanding organisation, recognised for delivering innovative water and wastewater solutions across the United Kingdom. Here at Avove we appreciate and are looking for candidates with a pragmatic approach to problem‑solving, finding solutions that achieve environmental compliance while keeping projects on track.

You may be based at any of our offices located in Warrington, Glasgow, Brighouse, Durham. Possession of a full driving licence is required for these positions.

Candidate Profile
- Hold relevant experience or qualifications in the Environment and/or Ecology sector.
- Currently possess or are pursuing professional accreditation in a relevant environmental institute (CIEEM, IEMA etc), which Avove offers full support and sponsorship for.
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities (Senior & Principal Level), with the ability to manage multidisciplinary projects and teams.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital data collection platforms.
- Exhibit strong written, verbal, and organisational skills, capable of producing clear, concise reports.
- Experienced in team leadership (Senior & Principal Level) and collaboration, committed to meeting project deadlines.
- Maintain a client‑focused approach to service delivery.
- Highly motivated with a commitment to achieving continuous improvement goals.
- Place a strong emphasis on health and safety standards.
