Run by an ex‑Vice President banker, you’ll inherit multi‑decade relationships with TR1 Hedge Funds & Investment Banks, enabling you unrivalled client‑side access that simply don’t exist elsewhere.

Responsibilities

• No prior management experience required. Step up & lead with full support.
• Hire onto your team from day one, shaping the vision, strategy & roadmap for your division.
• £1m+ avg. PPH across a 50+ head firm, speaking to the calibre of environment you plug into.
• Deep rooted, long‑standing, relationships already developed with leading buy & sell‑side clients – enabling market‑leading terms that are already secured with industry leaders.
• You will be directly supported by an exceptionally regarded Financial Technology specialist Director, who is proven in developing high‑performers.
• Work how & where you perform best. Operating a flexible working set‑up whereby consultants come & go as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Software Engineering (Hedge Fund & Investment Banking specific) recruiting experience.
• Proven track‑record of success in the space, backed by strong market‑knowledge.
