Oculus are currently working with a highly-regarded international law firm, with strong roots in the NorthWest. This role is Manchester based.
They have recently made a couple of junior hires into the team and are now looking to bolster their team further with a Senior level hire.
This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and a very competitive salary of £75,000 – £95,000 DOE.
Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting on a broad range of technology, outsourcing and commercial contracts.
- Negotiating IT and BPO outsourcing arrangements, SaaS/cloud service contracts, licensing, and supply chain agreements.
- Handling a diverse workload of both large‑scale and mid‑market commercial transactions.
- Providing mentorship and supervision to junior lawyers.
