Location: Soho, London, W1T 1LN | Hybrid – 3 days in office.

The role offers a base salary of Up to £40,000 plus commission and quarterly kickers.

3Search’s Sales practice is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant for a 360 position to inherit a historically high‑performing desk (£300k YOY). You’ll work closely with the Founder, handling more than 50% of the workload with a strong delivery background.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on existing live roles passed by the Founder.
• Win new clients in a fully mapped London market.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer closing.
• Attend and host industry events to build presence and network.
• Work cross‑functionally with consultants across 3Search and wider 11 Investments brands.
