Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the ongoing product development of the OneStream enterprise tax reporting solution, ensuring it remains at the forefront of the industry.
• Help define the strategic direction and roadmap for the product, working closely with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Manage and support the implementation of tax technology systems, including requirements gathering, solution design, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, IT, external vendors, external development teams, and project management, to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to client needs.
• Stay abreast of industry trends in tax technology, automation, and regulatory changes to ensure our offerings remain innovative and compliant.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Person Specification

• Professional qualification in tax (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a tax-focused role, ideally with exposure to technology-driven projects or tax automation.
• Strong understanding of tax processes and requirements, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Solid IT and systems knowledge, ideally including experience with enterprise tax reporting or financial systems (OneStream experience highly desirable, but not essential).
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communicator, comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Innovative thinker with a passion for harnessing technology to drive efficiency and value in the tax function.
