We’re looking for a confident, driven Senior Project Manager to take ownership of fast‑paced commercial fit‑out and design & build projects across the office and higher education sectors, delivering schemes up to £15 million in value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fit‑out and design & build projects up to £15 million.
• Take ownership of client relationships and act as the main point of contact throughout project lifecycle.
• Drive work‑winning activities from tender presentations to developing repeat business.
• Coordinate design, procurement, and delivery teams to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.
• Manage budgets, programmes, and risk while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high performing culture.
• Represent the business confidently in client meetings and industry events someone who can “own the room.”

About You

• Experienced in commercial fit out or design & build project delivery, ideally with exposure to offices or higher education projects.
• Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders and deliver complex schemes up to £15 million.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project financials.
• Confident communicator with natural presence and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated, and looking for genuine progression opportunities in a flat, open structure.
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
