The Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in IT recruitment across the UK or Europe
- Possess the necessary gravitas for such a position
- Experience in growing and developing a team would be ideal
- Successful in representing a brand across C-Level
- Previous track record of growing a sustainable profitable business area essential
- Previous experience in being a mentor
- Possess the drive and enthusiasm to motivate your team
