Interim Finance Director

About the Role

Finatal is currently partnered with Mid-Market Private Equity backed SaaS who is seeking an interim Finance Director to help lead them through their Series D fundraising round. Primarily, you will be working alongside the CFO to support the fundraise, as well as looking into process improvements across the finance function.

While SaaS experience isn’t a requirement, it is desirable. Experience leading a fundraise is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionalise and streamline existing financial controls.
• Identify the different product areas and those which are most profitable to base your strategic decisions from.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• PE experience
• Experience leading a fundraise.
