The Role
You will be a hands-on and technical pre-sales and post-sales specialist, delivering world-class customer support to help NoahFace customers and partners succeed.
Duties
You will be required to:
- Rapidly become an expert on our technology platform.
- Demonstrate our technology platform over Webinars to customers and partners.
- Provide product training to our customers and partners.
- Participate in customer discovery calls, providing advice to distribution customers and partners on how to setup and configure NoahFace to meet their requirements.
- Assist our customers and partners with resolving technical post-sales issues in live customer deployments.
Location
Remote (Work from Home) inUnited Kingdom.
Renumeration
You will be compensated with a package commensurate with your experience and the demands of this role.
The successful candidate must:
- Have 5+ years of experience with time tracking, payroll, or Workforce Management applications.
- Have 5+ years in a support, implementation or consulting environment.
- Be extremely customer service oriented.
- Be willing and able to work independently.
- Be intelligent, motivated, and resourceful.
- Be highly proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Be proficient with IT business interaction tools.
- Be willing and able to potentially have a later start time (to support the East coast U.S.)
Highly Desirable Skills
Knowledge of and experience with any of the following is highly desirable:
- Workday, Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG Dimensions, UKG Ready, isolved or Employment Hero
- iOS configuration and MDMs.
Knowledge of any of the following is beneficial:
- API technologies (eg: REST, Web Hooks, XML, JSON).
- CCPA and privacy law.
