About the Role

As Regional Manager, you will lead our established team in Birmingham, overseeing the delivery of our therapeutic fostering service across the West Midlands. You will manage and inspire a talented team, ensure the highest standards of care and compliance, drive innovation and creativity in service delivery, and build strong relationships with children, families and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England (SWE)
• Proven management experience in fostering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of fostering legislation and safeguarding
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Confident with IT (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a bonus
• Enhanced DBS check required
