Residential Property Solicitor / Senior Solicitor – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Hybrid)

Permanent, Full Time – Competitive salary + benefits.

Our client, a prominent Scottish law firm, is looking to strengthen its Residential Conveyancing team with the appointment of an experienced Solicitor/Senior Solicitor.

Responsibilities

• Providing full support to a busy residential conveyancing team.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients and referrers while identifying new business development opportunities.
• Maintaining regular client contact and ensuring a high standard of client service.
• Drafting and revising legal documentation.
• Handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, including purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title, and discharges.
• Supporting junior team members where required.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Scottish Qualified Solicitor with proven track record in residential conveyancing
• Ability to build relationships and seek out new business opportunities
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated and driven
