What we’re looking for in our Deputy General Manager…
- Experience in high‑volume restaurants.
- Solid grasp of hospitality management.
- Proficiency in managing Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and Licensing laws.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ready to share your last five years of experience for a criminal record check.
