Trainee Sales Executive

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will receive full training and an extensive induction to get you up and running. You will then be allocated a buddy to work with for further training and development.

From running local community events to door-to-door sales, you’ll be a vital member of the Field Sales team, amongst other motivated, ambitious & target-driven individuals.

This role also offers fast progression with a £5K salary increase within 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for your own sales target & maintaining a pipeline of opportunities
• Generating leads and contact details
• Maintaining a high level of customer service
• Excellent communication at all levels
• Keeping a team-first approach and updating others with updates, feedback & information on your area
• Competitive salary package & scope for development
• Fast progression – £5K pay increase + higher commission (Achievable within 5 months)
• Field-based role with no micromanagement
• Travel allowance of £2,000 yearly (if driving)
