Group Business Director – DRNewitt. Recruiting across the UK, Europe & USA. Food, FMCG & Renewable Energy.
Principal Recruitment Consultant – Fully Remote – 25-30% Commission – Incentive Trips – Austria Ski Trip, Bahamas, Barbados
D R Newitt is widely recognised for delivering exceptional recruitment services to companies across the FMCG & Renewable Energy sectors.
We are currently looking for an experienced Principal Consultant to join the DRNewitt team. DRNewitt are looking to scale up in 2026 due to a very strong end to 2025. Brilliant time to be joining the group.
You will have 5+ years recruitment experience, ideally operating within a Manufacturing or Renewable Energy markets. You will be a completely self-starter / motivated & have the ability to work on your own, but be part of a large VERY successful group. You will be degree qualified with either a 1st Class or 2:1. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to join an established team and build on your existing recruitment knowledge in a booming market.
We offer an unrivalled salary, commission structure and a career progression. Even though you work from home, you will have an influential role within the organisation. Onboarding training will be headed up by our L&D Manager (previous Recruiter to a VERY high standard).
Who are you?
- You must be a 360 recruiter with a proven experience of hitting your annual targets
- Ideally you would have experience within Manufacturing or Renewable Energy Markets, however if you are looking to change market/become a specialist then we would still consider your profile.
- Your hungry to learn and have a restless desire to develop your knowledge and specialism
- HUGE desire to be the top Biller within the company

- Experience of hitting targets & beyond within Recruitment environment year after year
