Key Responsibilities
- Lead High-Impact Engagements: Oversee diverse teams to deliver complex transformation programs across Digital, Sustainability, and Operational excellence.
- Drive Business Growth: Leverage your industry expertise to identify new market opportunities, lead sales bids, and develop innovative service propositions.
- Strategic Advisory: Blend deep market intelligence with data analytics to provide actionable recommendations on transformations.
- Mentorship: Cultivate an inclusive, high-performance culture by hiring, coaching, and developing the next generation of consulting talent.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between strategic consulting and technical implementation.
- Consulting Pedigree: A strong background in management consulting within a large-scale enterprise.
- Technical Breadth: Hands‑on experience with leading Supply Chain technologies, including ERP platforms.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Proven track record in at least one of the following: Digital Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics and Fulfillment, etc.
- Sector Knowledge: Ideally, experience within Consumer Goods, Retail, Aerospace & Defence, Industrial, or Oil & Gas is desirable.
