We are looking for an experienced Senior QS to work on project within the Birmingham area.
Working for a leading Highways and Civils contractor you will lead the team consisting of 2 QS’s and a commercial assistant and work closely with the client in order to reach the best outcomes.
Duties/requirements:Preparation of monthly cost / value reports for area, together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team membersMeasurement of works and agreement of same with client and subcontractorsAgreement of payment of subcontractor accounts – monitoring of accountsMust be conversant with NEC forms of contractMust of recently worked within the highways sectorWorks – Civils – Road construction experienceOnly apply if you have RECENT highways experience.(3-5 years).
