My client is currently seeking experienced Section Engineer / Sub Agent to work onmulti discipline civil Highways scheme in the Midlands.

Working as part on the 3 way JV you will be responsible for but not limited tothe following duties:

• Support the Site Manager and deputise for short periods when the Site Manager is not available.
• Management of Site Management Plan
• Build, develop, support and maintain the engineering team
• Be aware of responsibilities from the HSEQ policies
• Short Term plans

Required Experience

• Candidates should ideally be qualified to degree / diploma level in a civil engineering discipline.
• Previous experience of working for a main contractor on major civil engineering projects is essential.
• Organisational skills
• Knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM Regulations
• Ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and safe systems of work
• Knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues
• Experience in construction.
