You’ll manage and lead other staff within the nursery, ensure high standards of care and early learning. Also, you will develop effective partnerships with parents/carers in order to increase involvement in their child’s development.
Ok What Do I Need?
NVQ Level 3 in Child Care and Education or equivalent, Food Hygiene certificate Level 2, Paediatric first aid qualification. Ability to co‑ordinate in a specific specialist area, e.g., SENCO and confidence in leading your team.
