About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Site Managers/Supervisors to join our team for multiple construction projects across London. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction site management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily construction site operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site.
- Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage site staff and allocate tasks effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager/Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid drivers license.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
