Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with schools and educational institutions in Birmingham and surrounding areas
• Identifying and sourcing top-quality candidates for teaching and support staff roles
• Conducting interviews and reference checks to assess candidate suitability
• Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including negotiating contracts and salaries
• Keeping up-to-date with education industry trends and developments
• Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs
• Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
• Attending networking events and conferences to promote the agency and build relationships with potential clients and candidates

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
• A genuine interest in education and a desire to make a positive impact in the industry
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred
