Overview
A fast‑growing fintech startup is looking for a Python Software Engineer to join a hyper‑scaling engineering team building AI‑driven financial technology products. The role involves tackling complex, real‑world problems across financial workflows with a modern, automation‑first and AI‑assisted approach.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python‑based backend systems, APIs, and services.
- Ensure auto‑generated and AI‑assisted code is production‑ready, secure, and maintainable.
- Embed and operationalise AI‑driven capabilities, including LLM‑powered features, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Collaborate across cross‑functional teams while promoting best practices in modern, AI‑assisted software engineering.
