Danebury Associates are working with a fast-growing boutique law firm seeking a commercial lawyer for their legal team. The firm focuses on SMEs in the technology space and are looking to grow over the coming years. The postholder will work with tech clients drafting and negotiating commercial and technology agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial and technology agreements with tech clients.

Qualifications

• UK qualified lawyer, circa 5 years PQE with commercial contracts and/or technology experience.
