This role is offered by ESD recruitment on behalf of a growing NASC‑accredited scaffolding contractor based in London. The Scaffolding Contracts Director will oversee a portfolio of scaffolding projects across London and the South East and lead a team of contract managers, supervisors and site personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple scaffolding contracts from tender through to completion
- Manage and lead teams of contract managers, supervisors, and site personnel
- Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage key accounts
- Oversee commercial performance and ensure compliance with NASC standards
- Provide regular reports and updates to company directors
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior scaffolding role at Contracts Manager/Director level
- Strong operational, commercial, and leadership skills
- In‑depth knowledge of scaffolding regulations and industry best practices
- CISRS Advanced Scaffolder card or equivalent preferred
- Based in or able to commute to London
