Senior Paid Media Manager / Performance Marketing Lead (Agency) – TikTok Ads
The Genius Group is a fast-growing performance marketing agency group. We’re hiring a Senior Paid Media Manager / Performance Marketing Lead (TikTok Ads) to own and scale TikTok paid social campaigns for agency clients across finance, claims, e-commerce, and SaaS, while building and leading a dedicated TikTok paid media team.
This role is ideal for an agency-side Paid Media Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social Manager, or Media Buyer with deep TikTok Ads expertise and experience running high-volume lead generation and user acquisition campaigns.
Altrincham | 4 days in office + 1 day remote | Flexible working hours
Up to £55,000 + yearly bonus
Responsibilities
- Own and scale TikTok Ads / Paid Social campaigns for multiple agency clients
- Manage Clients with £1,000,000+ per month in TikTok media spend
- Deliver high-volume lead generation and user acquisition
- Optimise across CPA, ROAS, volume, lead quality, and LTV
- Analyse full-funnel and post-conversion performance data
- Define TikTok paid media and creative strategy at account and portfolio level
- Collaborate with creative, data, and performance teams
- Stay current on TikTok Ads trends, formats, and algorithm updates
- Build, lead, and mentor a specialist TikTok paid media team
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Paid Social, or Growth Marketing
- Agency-side experience required
- Proven experience managing TikTok Ads at scale
- Background in high-volume lead generation or user acquisition
- Experience handling multiple client accounts and stakeholders
- Strong analytical, commercial, and optimisation skills
- Confident operating as senior agency Paid Media leader
