Salary up to £75,000

What You’ll Do as IT Service Manager

  • Manage relationships with multiple software suppliers, acting as the first point of escalation for all IT issues.
  • Oversee service delivery including help‑desk setups, new‑starter onboarding, and application support.
  • Provide guidance on security, compliance, and governance while supporting partners with technology integrations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an IT Service Manager, working in an MSP environment or managing multiple IT suppliers.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and managing complex applications.
  • Knowledge_UserExperience” of IT service management, security, compliance frameworks and a track record of driving process improvements.
