Senior Project Manager

Location: South-East coast (Hybrid – 1-2 days in office)

A leading Financial Services organisation on the South Coast is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a series of dynamic IT transformation programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled project professional to drive impactful change within a forward-thinking business.

Salary: Up to £80,000 + car allowance, bonus, pension & additional benefits

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver IT and Business Change projects across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and strategy.
• Ensure effective governance, risk management, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead Agile and Waterfall methodologies to optimise project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within digital transformation.
• Professional PM/Agile certifications (e.g., Prince2, SAFe, Scrum or equivalent).
• Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
• Financial Services experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
