Overview

Responsibilities

  • Lead the post‑sales journey, guiding customers from onboarding through to becoming platform believers.
  • Engage and manage product interactions with software engineers to the C‑suite, building lasting relationships and unlocking maximum value from data.
  • Onboard complex systems, tackle integration challenges, and lead technical sessions showcasing the product.

Qualifications

  • Seasoned, technically minded TAM with deep experience in Cloud native tooling.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of observability tools such as Grafana, DataDog, or Splunk.
  • Proficient at troubleshooting containerised environments.
  • Strong communications skills and a customer‑obsessed mindset.
