About You:

  • Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, preferably within IT.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in process modelling tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Knowledge of IT systems and their integration with business operations.
  • Experience in the electrical wholesale or retail industry is a plus.
