Key Responsibilities

• Overall management of the day‑to‑day operations of the care home
• Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance at all times
• Lead on dementia care best practice, ensuring person‑centred care plans are implemented and reviewed
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
• Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated staff team
• Manage audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, professionals, and the local community

About You

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – or willing to work towards
• Proven experience as a Care Home Manager / Registered Manager
• Strong background in dementia care
• Excellent working knowledge of CQC standards and legislation
• Confident leader with strong communication and organisational skills
• Passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care
