My client is a leading refurbishment/fit‑out contractor who has a £1.8 million Ground floor office extension. They are looking for an experienced #1 site manager to oversee the project.

Role

Site Manager who has successfully managed commercial refurbishment projects £1.5 million and above.

Essential Requirements

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS
• Experience managing sub‑contractors
• Health & Safety
• Commercial refurbishment experience
