We are currently recruiting for an experienced project manager to oversee a multi block residential development in Enfield. The project is a mix of housing association and units for private sale and is over 120 units in size with a value of£20 million + and will be running until the start of 2017 with plenty of work in the pipeline.
The project team consists of a QS that you will workwith to ensure the contract is being run to budget and that all costs and variations are agreed before the work is carried out. You will be based mainly in the office with a site walk once a day but there will be a senior site manager to look after the site operations and a couple of site manager.
Requirements
- Commercially astute
- Good knowledge of word and excel
- Have ran large residential projects
- Develop relationships quickly
- SMSTS
- CSCS
