Due to growth, a well-respected Hampshire based residential developer is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to its commercial team.
Working on new build residential projects with unit types ranging from 1 bedroom apartments to 4 bedroom detached homes you will typically be looking after 2 projects running concurrently.
The client is looking for a career focused QS who will be keen to undertake more responsibility and continue with their career development.
On offer for this Intermediate QS / Quantity Surveyor opportunity is a basic salary to £50,000 p.a. plus a comprehensive benefits package.
