We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with strong technical expertise and a passion for analysing and optimising the performance of mobile dating applications. The ideal candidate will bring a data‑driven mindset and experience working in fast‑paced digital environments.

Responsibilities
- Identify improvement areas through data analysis, aligned with the company’s strategic vision and goals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate data findings into business strategies.
- Define, conduct and analyse A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different product initiatives.
- Develop and monitor dashboards and reports that provide visibility into platform health, user behaviour, and key usage trends for stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in data analysis.
- 2+ years of experience in the dating mobile apps market.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Matplotlib).
- Experience designing and analysing A/B tests.
- Familiarity with causality models for identifying relationships in data.
