We’re working with a growing organisation looking to hire a Client Engagement Executive to join their contact centre team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and delivering value-driven conversations rather than hard sales.
The role:
- Speaking with existing clients to understand their needs, resolve queries, and support renewals
- Contacting warm leads and prospective clients, following up on enquiries and marketing activity
- Expl allowing clients to get the most out of the services available to them
- Identifying opportunities to support clients with tailored solutions
- Working collaboratively within a target-driven but supportive team environment
- Ensuring all interactions are compliant and customer-focused
