Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team responsible for accurate, timely quarterly business and performance reporting.
• Design, implement, and continuously enhance the operating model across fund, portfolio, and management company activities.
• Oversee end-to-end fund operations, including capital accounts, fees, waterfalls, financial reporting, valuations, and audits.
• Establish and maintain robust policies, procedures, and controls aligned with regulatory and institutional standards.
• Partner closely with internal business operations, finance, technology, and legal & compliance teams.
• Act as a senior advisor on fund operations, performance concepts, and best practices, supporting investment and operations teams.
• Streamline deal execution workflows and safeguard the integrity of investment and Investment Committee processes.
• Lead change and transformation initiatives to scale the platform, including new funds, vehicles, geographies, and structures.
• Champion technology, data, and automation to improve efficiency, control, and reporting.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with fiduciary principles, innovation, and performance excellence.

Experience

• 8+ years experience in asset management or private markets, with broad exposure to investment management, operations, finance, risk, and compliance.
• Strong technical accounting expertise, including detailed knowledge of IFRS, advanced Excel skills, and robust financial and analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to interpret financial models, complex transactions, and large volumes of contractual and transactional data.
• Track record of building and leading teams supporting complex fund and investment operations in fast-paced environments.
