Overview

An excellent opportunity for a commercial litigation solicitor with exposure to restrictive covenant disputes to move into a senior in-house role within financial services.

The role focuses on managing complex litigation and team move disputes, working closely with senior management and HR to protect the business and support growth.

This is a high octane, fast paced environment where you will be required to manage High Court employee competition focussed litigation. You will advise on restrictive covenant enforceability and strategy, draft pre-action correspondence and cease and desist letters and handle settlement negotiations and release agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation and team move disputes in a high‑stakes environment, working closely with senior management and HR.
• Advise on restrictive covenant enforceability and strategy.
• Draft pre‑action correspondence and cease and desist letters; handle settlement negotiations and release agreements.
• Contribute to protective strategies for the business and support growth initiatives through litigation management.

Qualifications

• UK or common law qualified commercial litigation solicitor (currently in private practice or in‑house).
• Ideally with financial services or regulated sector experience.
• Commercial mindset with confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Experience handling restrictive covenant or team move disputes.
