Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technology & Digital

Location: London (Hybrid – 4 days per week in office)

A specialist technology recruitment consultancy is experiencing sustained growth across its Technology & Digital practice and is now looking to appoint a Senior Recruitment Consultant to help drive the next phase of expansion.

The business works with long-standing clients delivering complex, high-value technology programmes across regulated and enterprise environments. With a strong pipeline of live roles and established relationships already in place, this is an opportunity to step into a high-performing desk with immediate revenue potential and long-term career progression.

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and growing a specialist technology desk. You will work with key client accounts, deliver senior-level hires, and play a leading role in shaping the direction of your market.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Delivering contract and/or permanent recruitment across specialist technology roles
  • Owning and managing a portfolio of live vacancies across multiple accounts
  • Building and maintaining deep networks of specialist candidates
  • Leading and mentoring junior consultants and delivery staff
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing and new clients
  • Maintaining a high standard of service, compliance and delivery

Your Market Focus

Depending on experience, you may specialise in one or more of the following:

  • Software Engineering & Architecture
  • Data, Analytics & AI
  • Cyber Security
  • Digital, Product & UX

These roles sit within large, complex and regulated environments, where hiring is strategic and long-term.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in agency recruitment, ideally within technology or professional services
  • A strong track record of billing and client management
  • Experience managing senior-level or specialist roles
  • Commercially driven with a consultative approach to clients and candidates
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Willing to work in London 4 days per week
