Nurse Manager – Frome Valley Medical Centre
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nurse Manager to join our forward-thinking, supportive, and enthusiastic team at Frome Valley Medical Centre.
We are a well-established practice serving a population of 14,500 patients, supported by a dynamic team of nurses, healthcare assistants, and a phlebotomist. Our nursing team delivers a wide range of chronic disease management and enhanced services, and we are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Nurse Manager with proven clinical and leadership experience in a primary care setting. The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Experience in managing or supervising a clinical team
- Familiarity with HR procedures and team leadership
- A diploma in diabetes or respiratory care (desirable)
- A prescribing qualification (desirable but not essential)
- A strong interest in staying current with developments in primary care and a willingness to undertake further training as needed
Contract and Salary:
- Up to 37.5 hours per week
- Salary: Up to £55,360 pro rata per annum, depending on experience
