Lead and deliver multiple projects and programmers ensuring objectives are met efficiently and effectively
Resolve ad hoc queries from stakeholders and team members providing clear guidance and practical solutions
Structure project activities and resources to maximize impact and streamline delivery
Engage and influence senior stakeholders building strong relationships and ensuring alignment across the business
Collaborate with cross functional teams to address challenges and implement best practices
Leverage infrastructure experience to support technical aspects of project delivery desirable
Key Skills Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in financial services project or programmer management
Proven ability to drive outcomes and deliver results in a dynamic environment
Strong experience in resolving ad hoc queries and structuring complex workstreams
Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Infrastructure project experience is advantageous
Highly organized adaptable and proactive
