We are working with a specialist web design agency who help B2B tech brands turn complex go-to-market challenges into clear, connected growth systems. With a team of 45 people across the UK & US, they blend strategy, UX, content, SEO/AEO, and HubSpot delivery to generate inbound leads that convert and drive revenue.
Where you come in…
They’re hiring a Digital Strategist to lead end-to-end website strategy projects and support ongoing growth programmes. You’ll own discovery, shape information architecture, guide buyer journeys, and help clients improve performance month after month.
This is strategy + hands-on optimisation — perfect if you are capable of both strategy AND Implementation.
What you’ll do:
- Run discovery and kick-offs
- Build website strategy & information architecture
- Conduct keyword/intent research for SEO/AEO
- Shape page-level strategy with UX/design
- Support retainer clients with audits, CRO experiments, SEO & optimisation roadmaps
What you’ll bring:
- Strong background in B2B website strategy, UX, CRO, and/or content strategy
- Experience planning site structures & IA
- Comfortable leading workshops & presenting ideas
- Agency experience managing multiple projects
- Strong CMS/CRM understanding (HubSpot experience is a big plus)
- An interest and preferably some experience in AI tools
