We’re partnering with a founder-led, high-growth online consumer business at a genuine inflection point.
The company has scaled rapidly over the past few years and is now shifting focus – from pace and expansion to raising the bar on talent, performance and execution across the organisation.
This is a senior People leadership role with real scope: hands-on, high-impact, and central to shaping how the business actually works and scales from here.

You’ll work closely with a highly engaged founder and leadership team who are self-aware about what needs to change – and are actively looking for a People leader who will challenge, not just support.
Qualifications
This role will appeal to someone who:
- Has led an innovative People strategy in a high-growth consumer or tech-enabled business
- Has lived through real scale and ambiguity, not just managed at maturity
- Is commercially minded, intellectually curious and low-ego
- Wants to make a visible, meaningful impact, rather than inherit something already finished

Location – London HQ, with a strong in-office presence
Compensation
Compensation – Up to £170k base ++ package
