Junior Commercial Finance Business Partner

Commercial Reporting & Analysis

• Produce weekly and monthly sales, waste and margin reporting with actionable insights.
• Support the monthly commercial pack and take minutes for commercial meetings.

Stock, Production & Ordering Insights

• Analyse Production Reporter data to identify opportunities to improve availability and reduce waste.
• Review Order Recommender outputs to highlight over‑ or under‑ordering issues across bakeries.
• Analyse product ranges and track category line counts to reduce operational complexity.
• Support evaluation of new products and seasonal ranges.
• Help drive performance metrics including LFL sales, transactions, average spend, availability and NPD share.

Finance Support & Business Partnering

• Assist with weekly shop re‑forecasting and provide timely updates to Operations teams.
• Help develop the bi‑weekly Property Pack, including capital expenditure analysis and investment appraisals.
• Support variance analysis on sales mix and cost performance versus Budget and Last Year.
• Deliver flexible, detailed analysis for the CFO, Head of Finance, Business Partners and wider stakeholders as needed.
