Credit Controller

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller for a long term contract based in West Bromwich, Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts
• Proactively chase overdue debt via phone and email
• Resolve invoice and payment queries promptly
• Maintain accurate records and update the ledger daily
• Prepare aged debtor reports and highlight risks
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely payments
• Support with month-end tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in end-to-end Credit Control (essential)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Confident using accounting systems and Excel
• Someone who can pick things up quickly and add value from day one
